Wont work

The ideas of Jim Fitzpatrick will not work. As I have said in my last post we need democracy. The best way is to elect people and possilby have a area housing board. I used the example of Tower Hamlets Homes in my last post. Personally I would like to see a area like Tower Hamlets have an elected housing board along with elected housing associations.
