A social housing idea

After hearing all the housing association horror stories in Tower Hamlets. I am lucky to be with a good one. I have an idea.

What we need is a social enterprise like Property Partner that buys properties in the open market and rents them out at social rents.

All the people who give money along with the tenants have voting rights. The property will never be sold but rented out.
