Takki goes to Aberdeen

For the life of me I can't understand why the Director of Communications (or whatever the official title is) at Tower Hamlets Council would be hired by a Labour council in Aberdeen. He was once a Labour Councilor. I make no allegations but the whole thing needs to be looked at. There is a funny smell.
