TH Tennis good advertising

I was talking to someone I know about good advertising and Tower Hamlets Tennis have a very good advertising idea and it is cheap. The idea is that they stuck a banner at the railings of Poplar Park near the bus stop with their website address. Cheap and effective as I am talking about them.
