Greek London house prices

I was watching the paper review this morning and the women from moneymagpie said that London, Hong Kong and New York have unique housing markets. Whilst the rest of the country is suffering London prices are going up due to rich people like Greeks coming here. In Tower Hamlets we get letters from estate agents all the time wanting to sell our house. I can't sadly find the link to the article.
