I have been informed that the council did not hire a consultant for the freedom pass in 2005 which is not true either they misunderstood the suitation or ignored the issue.
I also found out they spent large amount of money getting 3 stars whilst they are cutting services.
The council denied my FOI request on the appointment of a senior officer who shall remain nameless as his professional background and appointment documentation for example who was on the panel would violate the law.
