Tower Hamlets propaganda

I wonder how much the council and it's associated agencies including the PCT waste on propaganda? Why doesn't Tower Hamlets Council do the things it says it is going to do in East and Life and the website? I can tell you the workers are in a large number of cases not very helpful and they usually come up with the same excause "we don't have resources". They can pay senior managers a lot for doing god knows what.

The trade unions in Tower Hamlets expect support for their strike action. I would not support the dishonest members of Unison in Tower Hamlets. They even tried to get someone not connected with the council to refuse to go to work which is illegal under the law. Then again they are only council employees.
