Democracy in UK again

Tower Hamlets politics doesn't seem to change much so I have written this.

More democracy in the U.K.

• Housing Associations to have some sort of election or an elected Housing Board for a given area.
• Regional Assemblies for Scotland.
• Elected Heads of CPS for every region.
• Direct Elections to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
• House of Lords reform to include places like the Caymans and Jersey elected on a regional list system.
