Disgracful behaviour

This article about the wonderful Tower Hamlets First Councilor and his disgraceful behaviour raises some questions 

1. How many companies has he shut down?
2. Does he owe HMRC money?

Now I understand why someone called Peter in Victoria Park can't stand him.
