Mega Birmingham library

Birmingham is going to have Europe's biggest public library at nine floors. Tower Hamlets idea Stores the biggest of which is in Whitechapel has 4 I think I have not been there in a number of months.

I have been to other London libraries which are modern and cool and don't look like old libraries.
