 I am sure there are many more with Tower Hamlets that we are not aware of . 

 Many in Tower Hamlets like  putting up posters on lamp posts rather than particle action . 

 Many of those homes in Tower Hamlets are not fit for humans . 

 I feel it is important to promote  zero wase and refill shops so people in Tower Hamlets can  see where they are . 

 I doubt if many in Tower Hamlets have read this . 

 I was not aware we had one in the Whitechapel area of Tower Hamlets .
